"I had a guy from this office call me and keep me on the phone for 45 minutes to just add a vehicle. We agree on a price and start to move forward. The next day, they call and state a higher amount. I feel it is a lot of unexperienced people in this office. I have been handling my own insurance and policies for a long time. Why was it so hard to explain the coverages I needed. I wish State Farm would allow an online option to avoid this kind of practice. Would not recommend this agent to anyone but definitely like statefarm"
